The i-doit add-on Forms lets you create custom forms for your employees. For example, staff can document their assigned hardware, or receiving department employees can enter new components directly into the CMDB.

While the CMDB typically shows multiple categories, employees often need to fill in only specific fields. The add-on Forms simplifies this process by displaying only the required attributes.

Note: This add-on uses the new i-doit Cloud product design, so its appearance differs from other add-ons.
