Support partners certified by i-doit offer you customised project support and continuous support for your ITSM environment. With intensively trained teams, they provide 1st and 2nd level support by telephone, as well as remote and on-site support. Specially trained in the introduction and use of i-doit software, our partners have extensive experience and in-depth knowledge to provide users with the best possible support.
